In my personal health quest, I have learned so much life enriching information.
I have made small to drastic changes that I know I absolutely needed to make for my well-being.
Being the zealous person that I am, I have quite happily shared my new found ways to live a healthy life with those around me…especially with my family.
While juicing, shopping, smoothie making, and supplement sharing, I have served up so much more.
I have mixed up a “mean” blender full of judgment.
We are each personally responsible for our own choices.
Thankfully, I have slowed down enough to listen instead of talk.
In my running around, proclaiming the way to “go”, I realize that the words, the looks or the tone of voice I have used may have left footprints on someone’s heart…
“Instead of petals of flowers, sprinkle with soft kind words.” (An analogy from my wise teacher today)
